Dometic TEC 40D is a highly compact and lightweight generator powered by the reliable Hatz 1B30V diesel engine. Ideal for fitting under the vehicle floor of RV's and live in horse boxes, it provides 3500W continuous output and 3900W peak power output. This generator is extremely efficient, with minimal noise levels of only 64dBA @7m. It benefits from a convenient auto start function which starts the generator to recharge a battery as soon as its voltage becomes low. Like all Dometic generators the TEC 40 D is supplied complete with remote control to start & stop the generator from inside the vechicle. There's no reason to ever be without power!

It's compact and lightweight, it operates quietly and very efficiently. The clean sine wave voltage it provides makes it suitable for sensitive electronic devices.

Output can be doubled by using two units in parallel.
